General information about the house

Although smoking is forbidden inside the house, our smoking guests can find an ashtray on every balcony. We don't accommodate any animals on principle. Every apartment has internet access (wired and wireless), SAT-TV and a safe.

The floors in apartment 1 are made of laminate and flagstones. There is a carpet in the hallway of apartment 2, besides that the floors are made of cork and flagstones. A folder including information about bus and railway connection, places to visit, activities and other important facts and possiblities can be found in every apartment.

New bread and pastries can be delivered on demand every day except for Sunday. We provide bedclothes and towels. There is a dryer for ski boots in a separate room where we keep the skis. Great advantages of our house:

Not directly situated on the street - therefore calm location, but still very central.

Excellent starting point for activities lasting half a day or the whole day (Kitzbühel, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Kitzbüheler Horn, Hahnenkamm, Wildpark Aurach, Swarovski-Kristallwelten Wattens, Höfemuseum Kramsach, Königssee, Achensee, Chiemsee, Krimmler Wasserfälle,...). Lots of possibilities for hiking and mountainbiking.
