These early bird packages are only available if you book both the apartment and the ski pass for the famous Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area with us at least one month before arrival.
Package 1 - Early Bird-Premium Season is available from January 3 to January 31, 2026 (ski pass valid from January 4) and from March 7 to March 14, 2026 (ski pass valid from March 8).
Package 2 - Early Bird-Special Season is available from December 6 to December 20, 2025 (ski pass valid from December 7) and from March 14 to April 6, 2024 (ski pass valid from March 15).
Package 3 - Early Bird -Savings season is available from 28.11. till 06.12.2025 (skipass valid from 29.12.) as from 06.04. - 12.04.2026 (Gültigkeit des Schiasses ab 07.04.)
Should a rental overlap 2 ski packages, then the price applied will be for the period with the biggest number of ski days, if there are an equal number of ski days then the higher price will apply

All prices include taxes and fees, but exclude the local tax of currently €3.50 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over. The cost of any required final cleaning can be found in the prices for the respective apartments. Prices for additional persons, for 6 nights with a 5-days ski pass or 5 nights with a 4-days ski pass, as well as for teenagers and children, are available upon written request (via email). You are welcome to opt for a package deal; however, we recommend booking only the apartment in advance so that the cancellation insurance is only offered for that amount.
