Summer 2023 and Winter 2023/24
We kindly accept the Auszeit Reisegutscheine (travel vouchers) of the Kitzbüheler Alpes region to the paid amount. These vouchers worth € 50,-, € 100,- or €200,- can be bought at the Tourist Board Kitzbüheler Alpen - Brixental (online or directly at the local tourist information centers)

Extra charge for person in additional bed in winter: € 23,- (without WMS2), € 24,- in WMS2 and in summer: € 12,-(without SMS) and € 14,- in SMS.
Single room occupancy for ap. Kitzbüheler Horn: in winter € 15, - and in summer € 10,- deduction from double room.
All rates are per night, if you stay 5 nights or longer.
Offers & Discounts
If the kitchen is not left as clean as you find it so you have to pay once € 60, - (for nr. 1) and € 45, - (for nr. 2 ) for the final cleaning. This offer is only for guests, which book directly at us. All other guests have to pay for cleaning.
On request there are reductions in price for children under the age of 6 depending on age and lenght of stay as well as number of persons.
from 1st May to 15th November: 2 adults and 1 child up to 5 years: The overall price consists of the price for 2 adults and € 8,- for the child. If there stay 5 persons in the apartment: For children older than 5 years in additional bed (200 x 90 cm): the price for the child consists of age of child + € 6,- but not more than € 14,-;
from 16th November to 30th April: If there stay 5 persons in the apaprtment: for children in additional bed (200 x 90 cm): the price for the child consists of age of child + € 10,- but not more than € 24,- or for children up to 5 years: € 13,-.
For children till the 2nd birthday the price is € 6,- per night.
If you need both bedrooms for 2 persons, the price per night increases by €12 in summer and €15 in winter.
If you stay 14 nights or longer, you will get a voucher for your next stay within the next 2 years, if both stays are booked directly at us..
